TYPE GF Air Casters for Industrial Equipment Moving

Premium air caster series with enhanced durability and higher precision, suited to cleanroom, sensitive and continuous-production environments.

TYPE GF heavy duty air caster module for industrial equipment moving

Product Overview

TYPE GF air casters use the same air film principle as TYPE B with an upgraded cushion material and refined surface finish. The result is longer cushion life and more consistent film formation on polished or coated floors, which matters in cleanroom and precision assembly environments.

The load range is identical to TYPE B, so GF units can be selected wherever durability and floor protection are the priority rather than cost alone.

Structure & Components

Floor Requirements

Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with gaps no larger than 3 mm. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.

FAQ

Q1: Can air casters be customized for my equipment?
Yes. Air caster systems and transfer platforms can be customized according to load weight, equipment size, working environment, movement route and positioning requirements.
Q2: Do air casters require compressed air?
Yes. Air casters require a suitable compressed air supply to form the air film between the air cushion and floor surface. Air flow and pressure requirements are listed in the specification table.
Q3: Can you provide operation video before shipment?
Yes. Pre-shipment test video, product photos, packaging photos and operation guidance can be provided according to order requirements.
