Product Overview
TYPE B air casters are the standard modular air film units in our range. Each module carries 3.2 T to 15 T and uses a flexible air cushion that forms a thin air film between the cushion and the floor. Because the load floats on air, moving force drops dramatically - moving resistance depends on the load, surface and air supply - with movement control and operator requirements determined by the application.
Units are combined in sets of 4, 6, 8 or more according to load weight, equipment footprint and center of gravity. This modular approach keeps a small inventory compatible with many machine sizes.

T denotes metric tons. Listed set ratings are model specifications, not a calculation of usable capacity from total weight alone. Main supply pressure differs from regulated cushion pressure. Follow the confirmed model manual; never apply main supply pressure directly to a cushion.
Published model data is a selection reference; confirm pressure, flow, module count and rated capacity in the quotation. Models ending B6 or GF6 use six modules. Other listed models use four modules. Confirm the rated set capacity, load distribution and operating conditions for the selected model.

Floor Requirements
Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with joints and gaps reviewed for the selected cushion and route. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.

Air caster order quantity & lead time
Minimum order: 1 set. For air caster models rated at 60 metric tons or below, normal lead time is 5–10 working days. Custom model lead times are confirmed by project.
Confirm the production start date, included components and delivery schedule in your quotation. Shipping time depends on destination and transport method. These air caster terms do not specify lead times for skate movers, stair climbers or toe jacks.
