Split-Type Electric Claw Jack HMSA-10S

15 mm ultra-low claw for precision machinery lifting where conventional jacks cannot fit. 10 ton claw capacity, 21V lithium power, wireless control.

HMSA-10S split type electric claw jack for low profile machinery lifting

Product Overview

The HMSA-10S is a split-type electric claw jack designed for lifting machinery where the gap under the base is extremely small. The claw is only 15 mm high, so the jack slides into spaces that a conventional hydraulic jack cannot enter.

The hydraulic pump and the jack body are separate modules connected by a hose, which keeps the operator outside the load area. A 21V lithium battery and brushless motor drive the pump, and lift height is controlled progressively up to 150 mm of stroke.

Structure & Components

Floor Requirements

Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with gaps no larger than 3 mm. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.

FAQ

Q1: How low can the HMSA-10S go?
The claw entry height is 15 mm, which allows lifting of machinery with very small clearance under the base. Maximum lift stroke is 150 mm.
Q2: Is a factory test report available?
Yes. Each unit is load tested (11 T test load), pressure held for 15 minutes at 70 MPa, and inspected for remote control response and safety valve activation. The test record reference is OS-QC-2026-HMSA10S.
