Product Overview

Electric tank cars are self-propelled load movers built on high-strength Q355 manganese steel. Each car is driven by brushless hub motors on four or eight drive wheels, which gives smooth low-speed torque and 360-degree steering without a turning radius.

The operator works from a wireless remote, keeping clear of the load. This makes tank cars the preferred solution for moving heavy equipment in tight production areas where a crane or forklift cannot reach.

Floor Requirements

Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with gaps no larger than 3 mm. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.

Standard tank cars are rated on level floors. Slope capability depends on floor condition, load weight and model. Please provide slope angle and floor condition and we will confirm suitability.

Q2: How long does the battery last per charge?

Battery packs range from 48V 30AH to 48V 200AH depending on model. Working time depends on load weight, travel distance and duty cycle. We size the battery after reviewing your route.
