Heavy load moving depends on equipment around the air casters as much as on the casters themselves. Air pressure has to be stable at every module, hoses have to reach along the travel route, and equipment sometimes has to be moved without air film at all.
We supply the supporting equipment as individual items or as a complete system, sized to your air caster quantity, travel distance and duty cycle.

Auxiliary wheels are optional add-on items quoted separately according to wheel quantity and axle configuration.
Air casters require a smooth, flat and sealed floor with gaps no larger than 3 mm. Epoxy-coated concrete, polished concrete and steel plate flooring are recommended. Rough, cracked or unsealed surfaces prevent the air film from forming and must be prepared before installation. We review your floor condition and provide preparation guidance before quotation.
